  2. Your in-depth knowledge of the financial industry, market trends, and customer needs will drive the creation of innovative products and enhance our existing offerings.

Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the financial organization’s goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and emerging customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term goals.
  4. Product Development and Management:
  5. Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features based on market insights and customer feedback.
  7. Monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Build and manage a high-performing product team, including hiring and mentoring.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, risk, compliance, and finance to align product initiatives with business objectives.
  3. Foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and identify potential partnerships.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

  1. Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure products adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  2. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to mitigate potential risks associated with product development and management.
  3. Competitive Analysis and Market Intelligence:
  4. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify gaps, and maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and differentiation.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

  1. Undertake financial modeling to evaluate the financial viability and potential impact of products.
  2. Produce reports and recommendations for decision-making on new and existing products, considering their financial implications.

Consumer Intelligence and Research:

  1. Drive consumer intelligence through the development of external and internal data sources, enhancing the understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  2. Develop and adopt research tools, sources, and methods to support product marketing management intelligence.
