Job Description

  • As the Head of Product Innovation & Management, you will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing the development and management of the organization’s product portfolio. Your expertise in the financial industry, market trends, and customer needs will drive the creation of innovative products and enhancements to existing offerings. Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and align with customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with executive leadership to define the product vision, roadmap, and long-term goals.

Product Development and Management:

  1. Lead end-to-end product development processes, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements based on market insights.
  3. Monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Build and manage a high-performing product team, including hiring and mentoring.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

  1. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring products adhere to standards.
  2. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to mitigate potential risks in product development.

Competitive Analysis and Market Intelligence:

  1. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

  1. Undertake financial modeling to evaluate product viability and potential impact.
  2. Produce reports and recommendations for decision-making, considering financial implications.

Consumer Intelligence and Research:

  1. Drive consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources.
  2. Develop and adopt research tools to enhance understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in leading strategic initiatives.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing product and promotional strategies resulting in increased revenue.
