Job Position: Product Manager

Job Overview

  1. As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap, strategy, and lifecycle of our mobile applications.
  2. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and support, to deliver intuitive, high-performing apps that users love.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Define and drive the product roadmap for our mobile applications (iOS and Android).
  2. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create user-centric features.
  3. Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  4. Prioritise product backlog using data-driven insights and business goals.
  5. Define product requirements and ensure clear communication across teams.
  6. Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to inform iterations.
  7. Lead product launches and work with marketing to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

Job Qualifications

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  2. 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on mobile app products.
  3. Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and platform guidelines (iOS/Android).
  4. Experience working with Agile development teams.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude).
  8. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar.

Job Requirements

  1. Background in tech startups or high-growth environments.
  2. Experience with A/B testing and rapid iteration cycles.
  3. Understanding of app store optimisation and mobile user acquisition.
