Job Description

  1. The Product Manager is tasked with leading the development and management of innovative financial products and services within the Innovation Hub.
  2. This role aims to drive digital transformation by conceptualizing, developing, and launching products that meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and contribute to the overall growth and competitiveness of the Microfinance Bank.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of financial products, from ideation to market launch and beyond.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Analyst, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  5. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, ensuring successful product launches.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, gathering insights for optimization.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with regulatory requirements.

  1. Time-to-Market: Efficiency in launching new products.

Job Requirements
