Job Position: Product Marketing & Growth Associate

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop effective product marketing strategies and plans (pricing, advertising, proposal preparation, product launching)
  2. Work with various teams to implement strategies and promote product
  3. Coordinate marketing activities internally or externally – enlightening prospective clients about the advantages of our products and follow up with them in order to close the business
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, to foster retention and promote referrals/goodwill
  5. Customer feedback; assist in acquiring reviews and identifying solutions
  6. Follow and analyze market trends to position products
  7. Design KPIs for products and oversee its achievement
  8. Evaluate growth using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  9. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft compelling messages across marketing channels (flyers, landing pages, ad campaigns)
  10. Participate in industry forums, client discussions and conferences as a representative of the organization.
  11. Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Business Development experience, with focus in the Fintech space
  • Educational background in a related field
  • Proven knowledge of B2B product growth and lead conversion
  • Good use of reporting software, Microsoft suite and statistical analysis package
  • Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Hardworking with good salesmanship skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
  • Client relationship and engagement skills
  • Tech savvy; good use of collaboration tools such as Slack
