Job Position: Product Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of a product, brand profitability by aligning sales strategies with product development and market demands.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute agile GTM strategies to drive market penetration and develop brand equity.
  • You will support business development by driving brand profitability, new product development, and product pipeline extension.
  • Based on in-depth market analysis and insights, you would lead product launch activities, deliver annual integrated growth plans, provide sales and revenue growth forecasts and develop strategic marketing campaigns and communications to drive brand recall and acceptance.
  • Analyze market data, stakeholder feedback, and other metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams would be an integral core of your role.
  • Provide product training and support to sales, customer support, and other internal teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Pharm / B.Sc Degrees in any of the Medical Sciences
  • MSc/MA or professional certification in Marketing or Business administration would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management, with previous sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Adept in data analysis and market research with proven track record of successful development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A can-do mindset.
