Job Description

  1. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product/Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site position to oversee the development and implementation of our digital learning products.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, project management, and a passion for educational technology.
  3. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure our products meet user needs and drive educational outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  2. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user needs, market research, and business goals.
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of services/products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and content to deliver high-quality services/products.
  5. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  6. Prioritize product/service features and enhancements based on user needs and business impact.
  7. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  9. Monitor product/service performance and user engagement, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate product/service and project status, updates, and outcomes to the CEO and other key stakeholders.
  11. Ensure alignment of product development with the company’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
  12. Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  13. Drive the adoption of best practices in product development and project management within the team.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  3. Strong understanding of product management and project management methodologies and tools.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Experience with agile development processes and tools.
  8. Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the EdTech space.
  9. Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  11. Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital products.
