Job Position: Product Sales Intern

Job Description

  1. As a Product Sales Intern at Lidya, you will play an essential role in supporting our product sales and business development teams.
  2. This internship is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, building client relationships, and are eager to learn about the product sales process.
  3. Your work will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  1. Identify and target potential clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  3. Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content and campaigns that attract leads.

Partner Onboarding:

  1. Identify and assess potential partners to expand our network and capabilities.
  2. Manage the onboarding process, including demos, negotiating agreements, setting expectations, and facilitating integration.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners receive the necessary training and resources.

Partner Relationship Management:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive mutual growth.
  2. Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback.
  3. Act as a liaison between partners and our technical team to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partner success and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Success Bridge:

  1. Serve as a point of contact for partners to address technical inquiries, product issues, and support requests.
  2. Collaborate with the technical team to prioritize and address partner-specific requirements.
  3. Ensure partners are satisfied with our products and services and work proactively to resolve any issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Maintain accurate records of leads, partner interactions, and progress.
  2. Generate regular reports on lead generation, partner onboarding, and partner relationship management efforts.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

  1. Recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree program in any field of study.
  2. Must have graduated with a 2nd class lower or HND lower credit and above.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Enthusiasm for sales and a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Detail-oriented and organized.
  6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  7. Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies is a plus.
