Job Position: Product / UI/UX Designer

Job Description

  1. We are looking for a Product / UI / UX Designer / to join our team.
  2. As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of a team designing our online creation tools that help create advertising content for our business.
  3. As Product Designer you will work in the product development team and create new designs for performance off-road accessories.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing product design concepts from client requirements
  2. Confirming product design specifications
  3. Preparing design specifications through sketches
  4. Troubleshooting any design problems that may arise during the design process needed
  5. Brainstorm and communicate new design concepts, solutions to relevant team members.
  6. Suggest improvements to current product while keeping current with competitive product offerings and relevant technologies.
  7. Develop renderings and presentations for management reviews and cross functional teams.
  8. Develop surface data for new products with engineering and manufacturing input.
  9. Work within defined program milestones and manage project status.
  10. Coordinate with the development team to accurately and efficiently work through the design process.
  11. Lead the conceptualization and creation of end-to-end designs for new products and
  12. features for both our native and web apps, efficiently and beautifully.
  13. Collaborate with product peers and leadership to realize short and long term product vision.
  14. Further operationalize the design process with an eye towards growth and scale.
  15. Approach design challenges holistically, considering all parts of the experience including UI/UX, business
  16. Iterate on existing products and features to ensure that we are delivering simple industry-leading user experience
  17. Work with Product and software Engineering to build intuitive, elegant solutions.
  18. Partner with product to conduct research to help inform the customer experience
  19. Deeply understand the needs of a diverse user base consisting of consumers, merchants, and business partners.
  20. Drive alignment and decisions by working collaboratively with and presenting designs to leadership and cross functional teams including product, engineering, customer success, and marketing.
  21. Mentor junior designers.

What you’ll do:

  1. Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts
  2. Work closely with a product manager and engineering lead
  3. Understand of customer problems in order to build our roadmaps
  4. Develop and maintain the user experience we should provide our users
  5. Unpack complex user issues by working with the UX researcher
  6. Create specific documents to guide UX strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year work experience.
