Job Position: Production Manager

Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Responsibilities

  1. Planning, coordinating and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure products are delivered on time and within the budget.
  2. Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
  3. Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
  4. Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
  5. Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
  6. Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
  7. Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
  8. Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
  9. Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong project management skills
  3. Proven record in training employees about safety and production
  4. Ability to coach and motivate employees

Note

  1. Residents of Sangota, will be preferred
  2. The Factory is going to work in 12 hours shifts, & 2 shifts (8 hours+ 4 hours overtime)
  3. The position will have 6 months of probation.
  4. Upon confirmation, they may be eligible for medical allowance, leaves & leave allowance.
