Job Position: Production Manager (Automobile)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Line balancing and line setup
  2. Production target setup / Hourly production monitoring
  3. Develop documents and procedures for production activities (SOP & process documents)
  4. Operator training & Operator skill matrix
  5. Daily manning chart (attendance) preparation
  6. Ensuring all sub-assemblies are balanced
  7. Ensuring the material supply line is balanced
  8. Deployment of Housekeeping arrangement, review, and monitoring
  9. Review waste movement arrangement
  10. CKD availability required for hourly production
  11. Maintain production output and ensure no losses
  12. Managing relievers and issuing pass
  13. Achieving targets for RFT & quality targets
  14. Taking corrective action for PDI feedback (CAPA)
  15. Production lot sticker fixing & scanning for completion (FG )
  16. Regular Improvement activities (PDCA)
  17. Driving lean manufacturing principles, implementing TPM activities, and report preparation
  18. Development and maintenance of all visual documents (Operation sheet, OPL, line balancing, PFD, Quality critical stations)
  19. Kaizen activities
  20. Daily JH monitoring.
  21. DWM sheet preparation and monitoring
  22. Safety committee and meeting the safety requirement
  23. Daily production closing report
  24. Daily attendance monitoring and Payroll.
  25. Lean manufacturing, TPM, JIT, Kit system, FIFO, Pokayoke.
  26. Familiar with ISO 9001 & EMS 14000 system added advantage

Job Requirements

  1. HND/ B.Eng Mechanical / Automobile / Production
  2. Minimum of 7-10years work experience in automobile industry is preferred,(2wheeler / 3 wheeler) additional advantage

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
