Details
- Experienced food manufacturing personnel required for a medium-size and start-up Plantain Chips Manufacturing Factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Must have STRONG Food Manufacturing experience and, knowledge of plantain chips, chin-chin, corn chips manufacturing, packaging and marketing
- Basic equipment handling skills for minor repairs/maintenance as needed in the factory.
- Proficiency with excel, Word document and PowerPoint is a MUST.
- Must be able to keep track of production and human resource, materials handling, operations, safety records, and prepare concise monthly management reports.
- Must be dedicated, hands-on, mind-on, and lead from the front.
- Candidate must be willing to work on Saturdays and must be available to handle emergent needs at the factory. Must live no more than 30minutes from the factory location.
- Candidate must have great written and verbal communication skills.
