Job Position: Production Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the production process in Cleaning Agent manufacturing facility.
- This involves overseeing the production of industrial Cleaning Agent, ensuring that the entire process is efficient, timely, and compliant with industry standards.
- The candidate will also be responsible for product innovation, staff management, and the continuous improvement of production methods.
- The candidate must be fluent in both English.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee industrial paint production, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline targets are met.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Manage production budgets and inventory in coordination with procurement.
- Collaborate with R&D for product development and improvements.
- Maintain quality control and report performance to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial paint manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both English.
