Job Position: Production Pharmacist
Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Descriptions

1. The Production Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical drug production activities and ensuring adherence to standard manufacturing protocols.
2. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership ability, strong communication skills, and experience supervising staff on the production floor.

Responsibilities
Production Oversight:

1. Supervise and manage 20 – 25 staff members on the manufacturing floor
2. Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and processes
3. Monitor production activities for efficiency and quality
4. Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets

Compliance & Process Improvement:

1. Identify and resolve production issues quickly
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
3. Maintain documentation of production processes
4. Recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and quality

Communication & Reporting:

1. Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues
2. Provide regular updates and reports to the Production Manager
3. Participate in problem-solving meetings and decision-making processes

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of a B.Pharm Degree
2. Proven experience in pharmaceutical drug production
3. Ability to lead a team of 20–25 staff
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Demonstrated perseverance and attention to detail
