Job Position: Production Supervisor, Converting

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description

  1. Responsible for production output from slitting and rewinding machines in the converting unit.
  2. Supervise machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  3. Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
  4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with the production head to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Train and mentor machine operators, ensuring continuous skill development.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production data, and other relevant information.
  7. Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should be graduated and trained.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in a similar role within converting units of film processing companies/tape manufacturing companies.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in handling production challenges and guiding operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
  • Preferred Company: Benoly, Newtech, Rotoprint, 3M, and Any film processing company.

Salary
N250,000 – N270,000 Monthly.
