Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage and oversee daily production operations in our clothing manufacturing facility.
- The ideal candidate will ensure seamless production processes, maintain exceptional quality standards, and meet or exceed production targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production staff to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Analyze production data and provide insights for process development.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related role.
- Clothing manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production management software.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
