Job Position: Production Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, assigning tasks and preparing work schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to employees to enhance skills and productivity.
- Compile and maintain production records, reporting on performance and progress.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and schedule regular maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
