Job Description

  1. The Program Manager oversees the program, supervises teammates, and informs direct reports on the performance and progress of a company’s ongoing programs.
  2. The goal of a Program Manager is to ensure all programs are successfully delivered and add value to the company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action
  2. Developing and implementing steps to complete programs
  3. Monitoring the progress of a program and identifying risk factors that can cause delays
  4. Ensuring the delivery of limited deliverables
  5. Compiling and writing progress reports and making presentations to management and other stakeholders
  6. Ensuring program operations comply with internal control policies and legal requirements
  7. Develop a strategy for communication and involvement.
  8. Keep stakeholders informed about project’s progress.
  9. Address disagreements and foster collaboration.
  10. Cultivate positive and trusting relationships amongst internal and external stakeholder
  11. Continuously assess engagement effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  12. Keep records of communications and agreements
