Job Position: Project Architect
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary

Our client in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Project Architect to design, plan, and oversee the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate must be skilled in architectural design, 3D modeling, and site supervision, ensuring all projects meet design intent and construction standards.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design proposals.
  2. Use CAD and 3D modelling software to produce layouts, elevations, and renderings.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.
  4. Prepare presentations and design documentation for client review and approval.
  5. Supervise and inspect active construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and construction.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design within a construction or real estate firm.
  3. Must have supervised and worked on active construction sites.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
  5. Strong visualisation, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
