Job Description
- As a Construction Project Manager at ATO Architects Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our construction projects from inception to completion.
- Your primary responsibilities will include project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within established timelines.
- This is a hybrid role, offering both in-office and remote work flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Evaluate project outcomes and apply lessons learned to improve project processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree and PMP is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Should have schedule maintenance knowledge- preempt before something happens, and when something fails.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote work as needed.
