Job Position: Project Manager
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

About the Job

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives, ensure seamless project execution, and support our leadership team in managing cross-functional projects across industries.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across BridgeHedge’s portfolio companies.
  2. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with business objectives.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  5. Track project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
  6. Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks—proactively recommend solutions and mitigation strategies.
  7. Provide regular status updates to the Director and senior management.
  8. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining quality standards.
  9. Support business development, rebranding, and operational improvement initiatives as needed.
  10. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus).
  2. Minimum 3–6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within consulting, finance, or multi-industry environments.
  3. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  7. Strong financial acumen and ability to work with budgets and reports.
  8. Must live within or around Ogudu, Lagos, and be available to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
