Job Position: Project Manager – Interior Designer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  1. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer who also serves as a Project Manager to lead design projects from concept through execution.
  2. This hybrid role combines creative design with operational leadership, ensuring that interior projects are not only aesthetically exceptional but also delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Job Responsibilities
Interior Design Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.
  2. Produce mood boards, 2D/3D visualisations, floor plans, and material specifications.
  3. Source furniture, finishes, and accessories in alignment with client preferences and budget.
  4. Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess space requirements and design solutions.
  5. Ensure design plans comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and innovations.

Project Management Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects.
  2. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Maintain clear documentation, reports, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of professional experience in both interior design and project management roles.
  3. Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  4. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  5. Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Knowledge of the Lagos market, vendors, and design trends is an advantage
