Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Determine and define project scope and objectives
  2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  3. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  4. Track project costs in order to meet budget
  5. Develope and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  6. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,adjustments and progress
  7. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  8. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  9. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  10. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  11. Passionate and willingness to learn about company products and services
  12. Attention to details with excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  •  4 – 5 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Project management professional (PMP) certificate prefered
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best pratices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcesful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Experience in interiors or home essentials will be an added advantage.
