Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Manage identification of business change and development initiatives requirements with cross-functional teams about platform enhancements or introduction of customer journey improvement projects, hosting workshops and other collaboration sessions to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and business needs are effectively articulated and defined
  2. Translate business requirements into business concepts and actionable implementation plans and drive all stages of project development: scoping, definition, stakeholder management, and project delivery to scope, quality, budget and schedule
  3. Support definition and deliverables of projects portfolio and contribute to Product roadmap planning and management ensuring alignment on interdependencies with projects and business stakeholders’ requirements and development initiatives
  4. Acting as a liaison and facilitator of customer insights perspective in between Customer Experience and the Product department on customer journey improvement initiatives, process mapping and pipeline performance implementation ensuring alignment with CX customer support delivery model of pursuing excellent customer outcomes
  5. Build liaison across the business and all stakeholder networks, and develop and manage the implementation of an effective communications plan for project reporting and updates to internal and external stakeholders
  6. Providing strategic input and work collaboratively with the Product Managers on identification of business projects initiatives supporting the scaling of Product operations and project support remit by providing insight and feedback as required for forward-looking strategies planning, innovative support definition and planning of any projects, initiatives and pilots as required

Job Requirements

  1. Project management experience in multi-faceted projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities across different disciplines and teams
  2. Experience in Project management and combining various management tools (holding any of the PM certificates such as PMP, Agile, Prince II, Scrum, Lean)
  3. Experience in change project design and implementation, particularly as part of a major organisational transformation programmes
  4. Experience working in a similar role or organisation with a good understanding of start-up businesses
  5. Experience in creating and presenting reports and business cases to management
  6. Confident using project management and process mapping tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel/Power Point
  7. Experience preparing and conducting both training and briefing sessions for stakeholders with diverse needs and abilities..
