Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage / supervise all ongoing construction projects
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of all construction projects
  3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  6. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  8. Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
  9. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  2. At least 3 years proven experience in similar role
  3. Experienced overseeing a construction project.
  4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  5. Strong verbal and written communication
  6. Excellent organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  7. Attention to details
  8. Ability to lead project of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  9. Profession certification in project management will be an added advantage.
