Job Position: Project Manager
Location: Osborne, Victoria Island – Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and design projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of building codes and construction processes, and be capable of effectively managing stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of building and infrastructure projects
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  3. Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, and report on progress to senior management
  4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
  5. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, timelines, and deliverables
  6. Monitor construction and site activities to ensure quality standards are met
  7. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  8. Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  9. Prepare proposals and make solid presentations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 – 7 years proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry
  3. Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and construction standards
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management tools
  7. Must be able to resume within a reasonable time frame.

Salary
Very competitive (N400,000 – N500,000 monthly).
