Job Responsibilities
- At Ubulu Africa, you’ll help shape project and program vision and strategy, manage project lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- You’ll conduct market research, use technical and analysis expertise, track performance, and optimize projects based on data.
- Clear communication with stakeholders, comprehensive documentation and Agile methodologies will be key to ensuring project success.
Job Requirements
- We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record of successful projects.
- You should have a solid technical background and be comfortable with technical discussions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for making data-driven decisions are a must.
- Strong communication and leadership skills organise teams are essential.
- You should also be experienced with Agile methodologies and tools like ClickUp and Trello and have strong documentation skills for proposals, analysis, roadmaps, and more.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment is crucial.
