Job Description

- You will play a crucial role in defining and delivering our product vision, working cross-functionally to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new features and products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer pain points.
- Prioritize product features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical constraints.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Track product performance and gather user feedback to inform future development.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech startup or related industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
