Job Position: Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Remote Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards — all while working in a fully remote environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align project goals.
  3. Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
  4. Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  5. Facilitate virtual meetings, track milestones, and ensure accountability.
  6. Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project phases.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).
  2. 4-5 years of proven experience managing projects, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
  3. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com).
  6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
