Job Position: Junior Property Consultant

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. The Junior Property Consultant will work closely with Real Estate Managers to give specialized investment and financial advice to clients looking to buy, sell or invest in property.
  2. They will be trained to work in teams throughout the process of buying and selling properties, with an opportunity to earn unlimited income, identify opportunities for business growth and build effective relationships.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of OND, Lower Credit.
  2. Excellent Communication skills.
  3. Passion for sales, especially in the Real Estate sector.
  4. Analytical thinking, excellent team player.
  5. Self-regulating, works well under pressure.
  6. Collaboration and relationship management.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N35,000 monthly (net) plus Commission, Pension, HMO
  • Commission: 2.5% of every sale
