Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Description
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate professional to join our small team as a Property Report Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the report editing process and requires a candidate who can multi-task and ‘wear different hats’.
Job Responsibilities
- Proofreading, reviewing, and editing inventory reports.
- Ensuring all inventory reports pass quality control checks and are sent to clients promptly.
- Organizing files related to inventory reports and photos.
- Liaising with inventory clerks and typists.
- Investigating report amendments/errors highlighted by clients and making the necessary adjustments.
- General business administration duties related to company operations.
- Assisting with operations when required (scheduling appointments, answering client queries, handling business development, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate/Property (Essential).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising/managing staff or leading a team (Essential).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
