Job Position: Provider Network Manager

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

1. Sign up of providers across the region.
2. Provider selection and management: enlisting, negotiating, delisting, rewarding, training, and enlightenment of providers on the network
3. Working with other provider network managers in the region to develop the provider network
4. Tariff negotiation and review
5. Contract and SLA management
6. Scheduling major and highly specialized patient procedures
7. Referral and monitoring of complex cases
8. Utilization Review Management
9. Encounter data analysis
10. Providers audit and quality assurance: this involves infrastructure audit, compliance and service quality
11. Review of care delivery protocols
12. Analysis of hospitals’ tiers and capability
13. Quality assurance reports on providers to ensure compliance without compromising quality
14. Provider complaint escalation and resolution.
15. Cost control and cost containment.
16. Ensuring healthy and mutually beneficial relationships between Bastion Health and providers
17. Coordination of emergency cases

1. Hospital spread – Lagos and southwest OR Abuja and North.
2. Provider satisfaction index
3. Customer satisfaction index
4. Average encounter per member per provider
5. Average length of stay in the hospital
6. Average cost per encounter
7. Claims ratio
