Job Position: Quality Assurance / Control Engineer
Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance across smart residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
- This role combines technical oversight with subcontractor management and systems integration to ensure every project meets top-tier quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct QA/QC inspections across architectural, MEP, and finishing works
- Approve drawings, materials, and technical documentation
- Lead audits, manage non-conformities, and drive corrective actions
- Review, grade, and expand the subcontractor database
- Integrate and train subcontractors into existing QA/QC systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC for construction or fit-out projects
- Familiar with ISO/QMS standards, ELV/smart systems, and high-spec interiors
- Strong documentation and project management skills
- Experience with subcontractor oversight and quality systems.
Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
