Job Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Location: Minna, Niger

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage the company’s internal audit activities.
  2. Ensuring regulatory standard requirements compliance on documentation so a habit of positive response is developed among all staff to achieve continual improvement.
  3. Approval of raw materials releases for production.
  4. The final release of all finished goods after proper checking of all proper documentation for distribution
  5. Ensure training of all staff in various departments.
  6. Carry out Validation of Processes for maintaining Quality production.
  7. Ensure Qualification of Equipment for maintaining Quality production.
  8. Organize and supervise day-to-day quality monitoring in the entire facets involved in production processes.
  9. To furnish the SOP for Production & Quality Assurance, Quality Control operations and review same as may be required.
  10. To investigate market complaints for necessary corrective actions.
  11. Report on all activity listed above to the Factory Manager copying the Superintendent Pharmacist.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, or relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a quality assurance supervisor, or similar position.
  3. Good knowledge of production processes.
  4. Ability to manage the workforce effectively.
  5. Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical GMP.
  6. Good knowledge of materials input and planning.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
