Job Title: Quality Control
Job Summary
Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Officer responsible for ensuring products meet internal and external quality standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, enforcing quality procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards

Conduct routine quality control tests and maintain accurate records

Monitor and enforce hygiene and safety standards throughout production

Identify and report quality issues and collaborate with production and maintenance teams for resolution

Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and documentation

Participate in internal audits and support regulatory inspections

Train production staff on quality standards and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements

B.Sc. or HND in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality control role within manufacturing or FMCG
-
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills
