Job Position: NI – Quality Control Compliance Associate

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Review pending product compliance based backend blocks
  2. Review and management of quality control for all IP infringement content related cases
  3. Management of luxury brands and daily checks for counterfeit products within stipulated SLA including newly created products and updated products –
  4. Ensure all products go live are authentic & are in correct categories, good product image(s), good & accurate content
  5. Onsite QC/Brand Management – Ensure only authorized vendors are permitted to list banned & restricted brands with proper management of the stipulated Brand Management Sheets.
  6. Review of product content for compliance inline with regulatory requirement
  7. Management of product content mandatory attributes compliance
  8. Management of all regulatory

Job Requirements

  1. Decent knowledge of microsoft office tools
  2. Familiar with international and luxury brand
  3. Familiar with intellectual property laws
  4. Proper knowledge of product regulatory requirements
  5. Strong communication skills (Written & Oral)
  6. A keen eye for details
  7. A desire to improve existing process
  8. Self-motivated, resourceful, hardworking with a positive attitude
  9. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
  10. Proactive and able to show initiative to foresee / resolve issues
  11. Web scaping knowledge
  12. Good command of MS Office & Excel
  13. Details oriented, problem solving & good Communication skills
  14. Portfolio of published articles
  15. Experience doing research using multiple sources
  16. Ability to work under pressure
  17. Data management skill
