African Natural Resources and Mines Limited (ANRML), established by African Industries Group, operates a fully integrated iron ore mining and processing plant in Gujeni village, Kagarko LGA, Kaduna state—the first of its kind in Nigeria.

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Gujeni, Kaduna

About the Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, measurement, billing, and contract administration to ensure effective cost control and timely execution of project works.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
  2. Measure and certify contractor bills (RA / final bills)
  3. Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations
  4. Prepare and verify rate analysis and extra item claims
  5. Assist in tendering, comparison, and contract finalisation
  6. Maintain measurement books and related documentation
  7. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
  8. Support cost control and reporting to management

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 3–6years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure / mining projects

Experience in billing, estimation, and contract management.
