Job Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in Quantity Surveying
  2. Effective IT Skill, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, project.
  3. PowerPoint)
  4. Good working knowledge of Auto CAD & QS-CAD At least 7-year experience on wide range of construction
  5. project Accuracy to take and process requisitions
  6. Sound knowledge of contract costing and reporting Strong ability to Plan, coordinate and handle multiple projects
  7. within area of responsibility to meet short and long term
  8. deadlines
  9. Must have working experience on either New Build or
  10. Fitout / Refurb Projects. Willingness to work for long hours including weekends and public holidays
  11. Willingness to work in Asaba or any other city Strong ethical orientation and long term view.
