Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Abuja (FCT)

We’re on the lookout for a talented individual who can manage costs, add value, and keep our projects running efficiently and economically.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  2. Performing cost analysis and managing budgets throughout project life cycles
  3. Advising on procurement strategy and financial risks
  4. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  5. Managing valuations, progress reports, and final accounts

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  3. Strong analytical and numerical skills
  4. Familiarity with project management and cost-control software
  5. Membership with NIQS or a similar professional body is an advantage.
