Job Position: Real Estate Agent / Realtor
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting – Identifying potential clients and properties for sale through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Consultation – Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences in terms of property type, location, budget, etc.
- Property Presentations – Showcasing properties to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Negotiation – Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
- Documentation – Assisting clients with necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements related to property transactions.
- Market Research – Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Customer Service – Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Relationship Building – Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Sales Strategy- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Feedback and Reporting – Gathering feedback from clients and reporting on sales activities, market conditions, and management challenges.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification
- 1 – 3 years of experience.
