Job Position: Real Estate Broker

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Sale and Lease of properties in company’s portfolio
  2. Ensure completion of all transactions
  3. Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
  4. Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business
  5. Client relationship management and reporting
  6. Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
  7. Ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations associated with the purchase, sale or lease of property
  8. Communicate effectively with owners, buyers, and associates
  9. Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline
  • 6 – 8 years as a real estate broker
  • Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies
  • Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must appear professional and presentable
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
  • Outstanding people skills, sociable and confidential
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Knowledge of Lagos real estate market.
