Job Position: Real Estate Brokerage Manager

Job Description

  1. We are currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Real Estate Brokerage Manager.
  2. We’re looking for a highly-driven full-time Real Estate Brokerage Manager to lead our top-performing team.
  3. He/She will recruit new agents to grow your real estate brokerage, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and oversee operations to ensure company success.
  4. The ideal candidate is a real estate professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building successful real estate teams.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  7. Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
  8. Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards.
  9. Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions.
  10. Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws.
  11. Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
  12. Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification
  2. Must have over 5 years experience of working as a Real Estate Brokerage Manager.
  3. Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents.
  4. Strong understanding of the real estate industry and real-estate laws to ensure compliance.
  5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
