Job Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Volunteer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales of the company’s residential and commercial properties to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  3. Convert leads into successful property sales within short sales cycles.
  4. Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and investment benefits.
  5. Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  6. Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
  7. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5years proven sales experience in the Nigerian real estate industry.
  3. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within short timeframes.
  4. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  7. Proficiency in CRM tools (added advantage).
