Job Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets.

The role involves promoting residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and providing professional advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

The executive will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and investors.
  3. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
  4. Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
  5. Assist clients with legal, financial, and documentation processes related to property sales.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and reports.
  7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  8. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  9. Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to execute sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (2–4 years) in real estate sales or property management.
  3. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Good knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
  8. Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
