A fast-growing real estate company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate sales and a deep understanding of the local property market.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Source and close property sales and lease deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and virtual tours
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be confident, presentable, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and social media marketing.
