Job Position
A fast-growing real estate company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in real estate sales and a deep understanding of the local property market.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
  2. Source and close property sales and lease deals
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  4. Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and virtual tours
  5. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  7. Stay updated on market trends and pricing.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Must be confident, presentable, and customer-focused
  5. Proficiency in basic computer applications and social media marketing.
