Job Position: Real Estate Senior Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Sale and Lease of properties in company’s portfolio
  2. Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
  3. Secures new property and facility management briefs for the business.
  4. Partner with clients to buy, sell and rent real estate properties
  5. Actively seek clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising
  6. Advise clients on best practices considering market conditions, general prospects

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant course
  2. Must have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience as a real estate sales Brooker.
  3. Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies
  4. Proven work experience in the real estate industry
  5. Should reside in Lagos.
