Job Position: Real Estate Valuer

Job Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Job Description

  1. Valuation of Real Estate Properties ( Residential, Commercial, Industrial and other specialised properties)
  2. Conduct Property research and provide advisory services to Knight Frank client
  3. Source for new valuation briefs for Knight Frank.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct site inspections to run measurements and assess properties
  2. Prepare valuation reports in compliance with professional standards
  3. Prepare and submit proposals to targeted prospects for valuation and development appraisals
  4. Prospect and pitch for new valuation briefs

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or a related discipline from a reputable University (Second Class Upper)
  2. Chartered member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV)
  3. Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)
  4. 6-8 years’ valuation experience.
