Job Description

  1. We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
  2. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and clients.
  3. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  4. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  5. Monitor and respond to emails, as well as direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Professional and courteous demeanor.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
