Job Position: Receptionist

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers’ requests and manage the office.

Job Responsibilities
Other Responsibilities are:

  1. Manage customers and their requests by responding to telephone calls, emails etc.
  2. Ensure customer retention and increase the customer base
  3. Keep proper records and updated customer and clients’ database.
  4. Support the team ondaily basis
  5. Administrative management of the office.

Job Requirements

  • OND.
  • At least 1 year work experience.
  • Good communicator.
