Job Position: Receptionist

Job Location: Ogba Agege, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  2. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  3. Announcing clients as necessary.
  4. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  6. Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  7. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  8. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  9. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  10. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  11. Sorting and distributing mail.
  12. Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.
  13. Provide excellent customer service.
  14. Scheduling appointments.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
